Got lucky on that one. I noticed one day that someone had knocked a hole through the brick work, so I cam back later with the camera to grab a few pics before it was fixed. I would never advocate forced entry to a site but if someone else has done the deed, I'll take advantage of it.

It's the rehab center I want to check out right now, my mission is to find the (former) morgue. Then maybe hit up York again. Then in the near future, infiltrate Fort Chebucto. (The guy that lives there is an asshole and wouldn't let me take some pics.)

Yes, I had heard Chebucto might now be on private property... or what the owner of a nearby property might consider his 'private property.' I wasn't totally sure but based on what you're saying, I'm willing to bet it's the same spot. Big huge mother of a house?

No, I found it earlier the day we got caught.
And for Chebucto, the guy lives there. There's a fence that says "Private Property" around the perimeter. And about 30-40ft past the fence, you can see the guy's house. It's on Chebucto Head Rd., take a right (looks like a long gravel driveway) onto Windship Lane, if you continue around the turn, you'll end up at the Chebucto Head Lighthouse.
I've seen some pictures of some of the pillboxes there, but I know that there are also some gun batteries and whatnot. I want to call the guy, but I don't know the phone number. And all I have to go by is a postal code.

Does anyone know anything about the Fort Chebucto tunnel discussed in the database?

The idea that we'd be able to follow the path behind the rock near the gate didn't really materialize. Too many rocks and paths, none of which were all that close to the gate.

Even if we could narrow down the side of the road to look for this tunnel in..? lol

We tend to think the tunnel is bs too. We looked everywhere out there... for hours... and nothing. If its there, it's gotta be well hidden.. :/

Good to know about Hugonin. I saw the pics but they're a little outdated. Our boat leaves at 9am tomorrow. I'm told some of the houses are open to the public this weekend.

They were closed when I went, go all day, when I was there, we only had 4 hours to just barely get to Ives and back.

The pics for CANTAT should be up tomorrow night or Monday night, depends on when I can get onto the computer.

I haven't found this tunnel yet either, but mom and dad both say it exists but cant remember an exact location.
