i think in a less conventional way they do count.
i'm on my second round of dreads in my life, and i would consider them a form of naturally occurring art, but art nonetheless.

Leo1: You cant just wander around Gary going into old buildings! Theres plenty of crackheads that will bust you in the mouth for that camera, then run a train your ladyfriends.
Me: I like Gary, I think its nice, aside from the lack of eats on a Sunday afternoon.
Leo2: Yeah, its really nice...until we find three dead strangers in an...abandoned...thing.

My hair dreads itself if I don't rip it apart daily. Stupid hair.

What do you mean by riping apart daily?

Like all the hair that sucks itself into dreads needs to be grabbed and ripped apart. It's my half assed attempt at combing, because combs just break.

Of course the numerous times I've actually chosen to grow out dreads this tendency is handy.

Hehe, my hair is the same, that's why I keep it in dreads. I used to use BALM after washing my hair and than a BRUSH to make it all nice and tidy. Than make it nice and tidy in the morning, make it nice and tidy in the afternoon...bleah....I stoped brushing it and VOILA - dreads.

My boyfriend told me about a guy his mom knew who had dreads. He got lice and he didn't do anything about it for a while, but when he had his head shaved, the lice boared a small hole in the back of his head. I didn't belive it, but his mom said it was true.

I've never even heard of anyone paying someone to dread their hair--are you thinking of braiding? You can dread your hair yourself.

thats really dumb imo... haha, i bet they just put a ton of wax in their hair and matted it up.... i dont consider those real dreads, and wayyyy too pricey for what they do...
