Here's the problem:

I want to simulate blistering/melting celluloid in After Effects. Or Flash...whichever.

The look is that of super 8 or 16mm film getting caught in the sprocket and then 'stuttering' before it freezes in frame and blisters and then melts.

Can someone offer a solution?
