so whenever I insert the following:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C/DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"

into the top of my page, It automatically centers everything in my document....
but whenever I insert the the following:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> |
It leaves the page the same. What's the difference?

[url ][/ url] arnt HTML tags. Also that URL dosnt link too anything. This could be the problem, maybe not idk.

It's UER that adds the tag, if you hit reply with quote it won't show up... and that's the "official w3c format" according to their site....
