I recently had the opportunity to watch Guinea Pig, the first in a series of Guinea Pig movies. Has anyone seen these before? The first in the series is basically a torture story (girl kidnapped and tortured to death in gory ways). I also saw #5 in the series, Guinea Pig: Android of Notre Dame. It features a dwarf scientist trying to save his sister's life via cruel and torturous experiments. Some people say the films are bore fests while others say they are the nadir of Japo-torture films. I was mildly amused by the first film as it is the most realistic, shot in snuff film style. The fifth in the series has actual production values but lacks the realism of the first film. Rent if you dare...
