Infiltration

Me and my brother went to South Belmont Tunnel. We entered by popping a manhole instead of entering through someone's back yard. Then I couldn't get it closed from below. We decided to walk down a little ways, until we found a huge black garbage bag with what looked like big syringes in it! It was under a manhole, so I guess someone dumped it in there. Could've been medical waste, or it could've been something else. Actually, some of the things looked like turkey basters. Very weird.
