Draining with Father, interesting
entry by HillbillyHorus

I went draining today (Stonewall Drain) with my dad. This drain is awesome, and it was made more awesome by the fact I was with an adult. Before we went in, he seemed kind of reluctant, like he was just going to see how safe the hobby was, but once we were in his first words were, "Wow!" It's a decently long drain, I'd say just under a mile. It has stone walls for a bit, but most of its length is the usual parallel rectangular concrete pipes. Once we came out, we decided to go back through the other tunnel, but smelled something weird. Smelled like rotten eggs, and my nose was burning. Hmmm, what could it be? You guessed it, hydrogen sulphide. We got out of there and took the other tunnel. I wish I had pictures, but we forgot to bring the camera.
