The UPS man cometh...

So I get home from Lowes, and I see a UPS package sitting on my porch. This suprised me, because I haven't ordered anything online lately. I tore the package open, expecting some sort of early Christmas present or something.

I was right. It was an early Christmas present, from the Army Corps of Engineers... FOIA request results! SEVENTY pages of maps of the abandoned Virginia Ordnance Works site. It's so fucking cool, I can't stop shaking.

I'm a map dork. I should have majored in GIS.

edit: fuckingy isn't a word

That's awesome. To quote Dale on King of the Hill "God bless FOIA".
