WOW, it's been along time snce I posted in my journal 
but hey, it's not everyday Wuffy drops all 125 pounds of his body onto a hard floor with a resounding BANG.... which, by the way, FUCKING hurt!
so yea, now I got my leg propped up on the desk at the college, with ice on my knee, waiting for a freind to show up to give me a ride home, since I can't bike or walk anywhere, especially not 6 miles, party of it uphill.
The Story:
I'm taking a basic Karate class, and today, during the free-sparring session, I went to throw a leading left roundhouse kick to my partners shoulder, and subconsciously decided to execute a perfect flying side kick, minus the actual flying, or landing...for a split second I was motionless, in perfect stance, before landing with a very painful bang, on my right knee, ankle, and elbow...so yea, ankle is bound, knee is iced, and elbow, well shit, it got worse damage from my buddies ribs...
So yea, Wuffy gets 72 hours to rest the knee*fuck that, I got a paintball tourney on saturday....* which includes elevation, compression, and an icepack....maybe ill put a wrap on it for sat. who knows.
