I'm currently up to 1-1/16" and the eloquently-named "ear cheese" does stop after a while, you just have to stop stretching and chill for a month or more. Once your holes heal fully, the cheese will stop and off you go to bigger and better sizes!

actually i stopped stretching around march 2006 and i still get the occasional ear cheese. Maybe its because of the silicone tunnel.

I put in a 2gauge Taper after using plugs to get down to a 2, and the freaking taper gave me a keloid so now i have nothing, except a keloid.
