for me, not so much actually once the needle was all the way through all pain was gone from there and the second one was maybe half the pain of the first... Even healing isnt that bad, I wouldnt say they are done healing now, but I cant even tell they are there and its only been month.
But everybody is different I guess... you have any other piercings?

had my tongue pierced but eventually removed it - wasn't done very well, i think the placing may have been off ( done by a doctor not a piercer which was a bad decision )
been reflecting on getting some lately....also need to start work on a sleeve which is long overdue - it's always about money at the end of the day.
