In the mid 2000s, police raided a small, unassuming used auto parts shop. Turns out, the shop was a front for a multi-million dollar chop shop operation, one of the largest in Ontario history. Thousands of car parts were found, identified as coming from the farm where the chop shop was being run.
Once inside the building, it becomes clear that the building has barely been touched since the raid, apart from someone keeping their dog inside one of the rooms. There were drawers full of documents in the office, some of them even for a court case involving the owners wife. There were a few computers sitting on the desk where customers would go to pay, and the other most notable thing was a huge stack of red dog food bags sitting by the desk.
In the next room, there were dozens of shelves covered top to bottom with car parts, from springs to brake pads, everything was there. There was also an old wood burning furnace that still had some logs in it. In the final room, there was a huge stack of tires, a car lift, and a layer of animal dung covering the floor. Very interesting place, thankful I decided to check it out as it seemed like there wouldn't be anything inside.
