Gonna have to give Inloc credit for that one- he was digging around through the UER source code last week and that was one of several ancient features he uncovered.

The site has a lot of oddities that are quite fun to explore. There are explanations given in archived posts for some of my finds, though there doesn't seem to be for this gem. The first archive.org capture shows the page existed in early August a month prior to it getting mentioned on the forum.
Kind of fun to play with. Shame my top three matches havn't posted in 9 years.
