Embreeville State Hospital

Hey there, below are my pictures from my exploration at Embreeville State Hospital. This past spring, from what I could tell, all of the buildings were still there, but they were definitely in the process of doing some construction, as well as asbestos remediation. It appeared that they were doing what they could to keep/rehab the original buildings versus just knocking them down.

I am hoping to go back in the fall since I was only able to explore 4 buildings. Supposedly there are a series of under ground tunnels there, but I was not able to find them.

Enjoy!

I've always liked this spot. Went a bunch of times seeing it in various stages of wrecked.

Haven't been in several years now though.

I am glad to see some feedback on your shots. I have to give you credit for having the strength to post this many. Not saying its a bad thing at all. I just remember the days i had the same zeal lol... But, i keep stopping at 58 and 71. The right amount of light and dark luring me in. Great tour.
