This factory made nuts, bolts, fasteners, rivets, etc, for WWII. It stayed in production even after the end of the way before going out of business in the mid-80s. The clothes are from a corrupt non-profit that promised to upkeep the buildings and dispose of the any leftover chemical waste. The clothes were all donated and were supposed to be stripped apart and sent as textiles to poorer countries but that obviously didn't work out. They have been here rotting for almost 20 years now.
