The San Sign In Boards: Summer 2020

Thought I would share the sign in boards at MRC to show how busy the place has been over the years, I took these just a few weeks back on my 3rd visit.

I was just looking through the original photos posted by CopySix in 2006, it is night and day from then to now.

Surprisingly, there seem to be NO mentions of Yokes smoking pole on these boards!! LOL

Here are some photos from this most recent trip, there were brand new boards on many of the windows, but just like an easter egg hunt, you just have to keep looking and eventually you'll find a way in!

Oh man...such nostalgia! Awesome, and really cool to see some aerials to contextualize everything.

Also, nice shirt : )

Nice drone shots - been meaning to grab and learn how to fly one of those. Not surprised with the new boards, there was at least 4 obvious poe when I was a few months back.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going - it's a heat score currently. The OPP have explicitly called out Freak's video from this trip on social media.

Gotta love it eh? 500 people all going and posting pics as they walk out the door.

I wait a few weeks, post some stuff and of course it gets seen by Muskoka officials!

The guy who produced the story emailed me 3 days before the story went out to ask me for a comment. I didn't reply, but I knew this was coming.

OPP haven't contacted me yet about this.

As with all locations that get the attention of the news, the police and city officials, this too shall pass and we can all enjoy the san again.
