I suppose it was raccoon dog. There were traps before, and I suppose that poor one have been left there to keep people away... even I go there through missing window and dead animals - they are so photographical (even sad) things!

As always, another amazing set! Always great to see a post from you

If you don't mind me asking. What editing software do you use? Because those are some killer moods right there!

Awesome Drapes/ Curtains in Slow, soft Days. Great Butterfly lighting fixture too in the next shot. Always intrigued by the decor that is left behind.

Thank you so very much! And here comes to recipe to magic:

1. First of all I photograph everything with tripod and using exposure bracketing (is it right word? Anyway, that thing where camera takes 3 different exposures every time). I also keep returning and returning and returning and even taking those "I've taken this photo hundred times before" photos.

2. Anyway, I try photograph as less as possible. That might sound stupid but I also try delete as much as possible... and I'm lazy and most of photos ain't worth of saving.

3. Then, back home I use Photomatix Pro to create those HDR's. I could tell settings and those things that I adjust (there are just little) but sadly I don't have time right now, got to get to party soon (but I will try to keep it in my mind and get back to this subject sooner than later). Anyway, if HDR doesn't work I still have 3 different normal shots to choose.

4. Next step and probably most of magic is Alien Skin Exposure 6. It emulates old films and photograph styles. I often choose 1-4 most well working from those...

5. ...and then I might use them as they are, or like usually, play with layers and put them together with... SURPRISE! Ancient Photoshop 7.0!

This might sound lot of work, but actually it's fun and pretty quickly done. So if you get into it, remember to link me your photos - would be really interesting to see other people's work with similar way.

Skull collector here. Seconding raccoon/raccoon dog (depending on your location).

Nice. Sadly I'm pretty sure there is quite long distance between us - I'm from Finland...
