A bit ago I had posted about this place being open again, and with the weather being as beautiful as it is I thought I'd check it out. If you're in the area, it's a pretty quick explore and worth checking out. That being said, you'll probably want to stick to the 3rd floor and the roof...

These first two photos I had taken awhile ago. This is the road down.
1.

And this is the beautiful mural on front! I love Rochester street art.
2.

If you go in the way I did, you'll be greeted with this on the bottom floor. It's dark, disgusting, and had a strong musty smell. Please be smart and bring a respirator (I was not smart..)
3.

The bottom floor really does have a haunted aura. Water drips from the ceiling to create sounds of movement. The graffiti is dark.
4.

Waaay down there is a freight elevator
5.

And this is my only way out: a tire and a pallet
6.

There were a lot of books in this place, some in pretty good condition
7.

Eventually I found my way into a staircase which was a welcome shelter from the smell of mold.
8.

9.

This the 2nd floor. I don't recommend staying too long in there; I didn't. Everything is squishy and decayed...
10.

Here you can see someone's bathroom area. Between this, the pile of clothes I saw further up, and the movement I was hearing from somewhere else in the building, I was shitting my pants
11.

And the 3rd floor! That movement I heard was water dripping on plastic sheets in this room
12.

This is by far the most photogenic spot in this whole building. It's sunny, there's plenty of art, and fresh air for once. Though I don't know if you can trust the floor; it felt a little shifty to me
13.

14.

There were several beds in this place. It's sad to see, but it also looked like they hadn't been used in a few years
15.

Found another staircase on the opposite side
16.

And finally the roof!
17.

18.

This is the elevator room that would have pulled cargo up to all the floors. Now it's just rusty iron, with sweet art to complement it. A good hangout spot!
19.

Who would have thought that this old place would have a great view of the city!?
20.

The opposing (and not as cool) elevator room
21.

The photo compression doesn't do this place justice; it's a really nice view of the city
22.

23.

Lovely place for a picnic, or to ride your bike if you need a quick getaway
24.

And one last view into the 3rd floor. Definitely the best room, and it kind of filled me with dread that I had to go back through the bottom two floors to get out.
25.

If you've read this far and are a full member, you should totally consider adding this to the public DB. It's already well covered through Youtube videos and through news sites like http://www.rochestersubway.com
