Abandoned Cinci Subway entry by legaltoker69 4/12/2020 10:16 PM
| Today I scouted the main entrance of the cinci subway. Its pretty easy to find these on a google search. They are apparently locked/unlocked depending on the day. I viewed some Graffiti artwork on a nearby graffiti wall. I'll return to look for a better way in. Discovered some cool manholes around back but they don't lead anywhere. Seems like theres the standard activity around the area. Signs that homeless have slept there, kids have drank and smoked there. 1.
2.
Update: there are several air vents following the sidewalk about every 400ft or so going down both sides of central parkway. They could potentially lead to the subway (some kind of ventalation)

Hopple St. Tunnel. Today i explored the Hopple st. tunnel. Just south of the white castle on central parkway, a dilapidated chain link gate leads to an overgrown paved road. I hoped this would be an entrance to the subway but it turned out to be a dead end. The two parallel tunnels ran about a mile max. The first few hundred feet are completely lined with garbage. Homeless live here. The tunnel on the right has some kind of railing you can walk on if it's muddy. Dirt floors. The only highlight was excellent graffiti all along the walls. TL;DR Pretty boring tunnel lined with nice graffiti. would recommend going in the daylight bc people might be sleeping in there at night. seems to mainly be a place for kids to drink beer and spraypaint.
