I've been traveling the backroads quite a bit lately looking for new and interesting sites, and it's born fruit. First up is a church so pristine that I wasn't sure it was abandoned until I started finding the raccoon droppings: 1.)

I also found this on the road to the next location: 7.)
When I pulled up to this school, I found the architects who hope to renovate it measuring the exterior. I couldn't believe my luck when they said they were going to examine the inside, and invited me to come along: 8.)

These are awesome finds! I like that gym setup, and those yellow shots are almost blinding. Nice catch on the helicopter, too! Thanks for sharing, it's always a pleasure seeing your work. 😊

That room which see;s like a pool is really weird, it's the first time I see this. Is that some kind of sport room ?

Thanks very much, everyone! Here's a few more shots of that OH-6; not the kind of thing you'd expect to see sticking up over the hills in the middle of nowhere:

Yep, it's a gymnasium built at basement level with a balcony observation level at ground level. It's a very compact arrangement, and looking at it from outside, it's hard to guess that the building contains such a big space as this.

these are so amazing! I love the slight renaissance atmosphere of the church and the lighting for all of these pictures is just perfect! Keep it up
