Was strolling through and just happened to notice this complex. I walk by and a door opens. Stood there were two security guards. I immediately flexed my camera and told them I am not here to vandalize nor spray point. Told them I wanted to document the community before it gets demolished. One of the guards told me they weren't sure if it would be demolished. It's just that the LTR never came through and I was "welcomed to look around". All boarded up with no access to any homes. But it was creepy; very apocalyptic.
Thank you.

Sweet! Another issue is that these two guys patrol regularly, don't know if there are cameras or have alarms ... PS - I am in Hamilton too!

This was city housing and is not part of the LRT. It was suppose to be torn down and redeveloped in affordable housing.

A friend of mine lived in one of these units over twenty years ago, total shithole.
