Yea, so, i found this story on the BBC and did my due diligence. Looks like I was wrong to make fun of this story, its accurate this time...(I am keeping my eye on you fox, always up to no good) Sorry blackhawk! I wander whats going to happen inside the USA based on this story. We have better infrastructure, but still, i wonder. We just had our first community death.

Well we shall soon see, it appears to be in the wild now stateside. If it's what I think it is... infrastructure isn't containment. As for our infrastructure if the ICUs get filled, the mortality rates will sky rocketed. The ability to rapidly set up large scale ICUs doesn't exist. It has the potential to be all that... maybe we'll get lucky. Fox broke it 17 hours ago so... https://www.foxnew...-of-unknown-origin Personally I'm not too worried about contracting it, but the potential economic consequences do terrify me. I've known people who lived through the Spanish flu and the Great Depression... most of the now living have no idea how tough things can really get.

Pseudo-Christians. Over half the cases in Korea were spread by a Bible-based cult that worships an elderly man who considers himself Jesus' promised pastor. Actual Christians are less dangerous to be around, so far. Atheists and Buddhists are obviously the safest.

The virus continues to seemingly spontaneously seed across the US which is very troubling. Cases keep popping up with no known vectors. You can't contain something if you don't know where it's coming from. They still say the risk is low but stats prove otherwise. If you're healthy the risk of dying is low but not of contracting it if it continues its present course. It's about to explode into a shitload of cases is what I think. Once it reaches a critical threshold it will be uncontainable... it may be at that stage now but still invisible because of a long asymptomatic period and asymptomatic to mild cases that pass as colds. Too little data is available on this pathogen to accurately estimate the possible outcomes. Pathogens in the Disease X category are the worst of the worst. https://www.google...us-in-rhode-island https://www.foxnew...appears-in-chicago Yes, well... expect it. Perfect. Already recognized as more contagious and 2+ times more deadly than all recent flu strains. https://www.foxnew...onavirus-spread-us

I've heard multiple sources indicate that there is the possibility that this coronavirus could become an annual occurrence now that it has been introduced into the human population. Kind of like the flu. That would be more fun than I can even imagine. Hopefully a vaccine would appear before we end up in round two.

"I'm licking this and I don't care what happens." Yes, well... not like I haven't thought that before Just not in public and with inanimate objects. https://nypost.com...oronavirus-spread/

I have a fairly good memory and can recall where I saw apropos pictures; either online or somewhere in my collection. I went to college for journalism, so I have a nose for news and have a tendency to not simply accept everything at face value and I'm good doing follow-up research. For instance, many people are familiar with this repurposed passenger car and it pops up online from time to time:
When I first encountered this picture, I started doing research to figure out where this bridge is. As it turns out, I found this bridge is between Khertvisi and Akhalkalaki in the Republic of Georgia. Probably not worth crossing.

Manhattan had a person test positive for it and Manhattan is a heavily populated city as it is. They weren't screening their flights from Israel I believe or it might have been Iran.
