Elsewhere in Indiana there's a spot-on replica of Berlin, Germany in 1945.

In all likelihood don't expect any seriously helpful responses. Sharing single locations is a pretty big expression of trust, and an entire ghost town would be the find of a lifetime. As a newbie you just don't have that level of trust yet. Hang around long enough, contribute, and show that you can be trusted and you'll earn it eventually. It's nothing personal, it's just that we don't know you yet and giving out our best locations that took lots of time and effort to find to a rookie isn't really going to happen.

Now, for a not super serious answer, Gary has enough abandoned buildings to almost qualify as a ghost town- it's population has decreased by 55% in the last few decades, and all those buildings are left behind.

"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there.

I'm recommending the replica of Berlin in June of 1945 that they have in Gary.

This. And also, with demolitions starting in Gary, exploration there is a must before everything's gone

What a Great Lakes region ghost town might look like.

1950s Grandma houses as far as the eye can see.
