Decided to do a "drive by" recon today at a closed reformatory in Virginia, I was a little surprised that the place was surrounded with new town homes and apartments. In fact, there was an Open House with lot's of human activity.
I casually snapped some photos, but saw a sign that indicated that the place was being converted into some kind of market. This explains why everything looks so tidy.
Did not attempt to explore inside. Nonetheless, I would love to explore the watchtowers.

Nice pics! I've done a few reformatory 'splores where outside was easy...getting in looked easier, but not without some consequences...why must they toy with us!!??😭
