So if you go kayaking 100 times in 2 years it's only 35 cents a trip for the river yacht tax.
Either that or use a poor man's cut down version.

You and I know it's really just another reason your pig buddies can shakedown regular people for money and unreasonable searches. Already have to sweat coast guard doing a stop for life jacket inspections and then ask what I'm doing out at 2am, now I'll have dnr and local Gestapo to worry about too. The money used for combating invasive species I have no problem with.
