Former department store, and last remnant of one of the area's most-notable abandoned malls - the rest of which ate it over two years ago. This building is now sharing its fate; the store outlasted the mall itself but abruptly closed due to major roof failure a month before the rest of the company went to liquidation. Merch was hastily moved to other stores, but everything else was left behind and is now going down with the ship. First flick is from a few months back... 1

I am typically not a fan of abandoned malls and have never seen anyone photograph them all that well, but this changed my mind! These photos really rock. You did a great job lighting them and framing them. Something so eerie about it. Especially that last shot with the mannequins. Sweet, dude!

These are cool shots, great work! Love those escalator pics, and the last two as well. I haven't done any malls yet, though I've recently found a few I wouldn't mind exploring.
