Water Power

Hi, folks. I've never posted here before, but honestly I love this site. The last few years have convinced me to sign up. Its kind of a lonely feeling watching the hobby break out on social media where people seem to miss the whole point, which is having fun and not ruining it for others!

Here's a set I did last week. A friend and I visited a city that was once run entirely by direct hydro to mechanical power. Its full of old mills, mill race tunnels and power canals. I loved every second.

Thanks for looking!

That's a cool place - and a great start! Tunnels? Did you say tunnels?! Do tell!!

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature.

There's lots of tunnels in this town, just most of them are flooded. I do enjoy a good tunnel though!

Great first post, welcome to UER! By any chance did you go in any tunnels? If you did I would love to see some pics! Also, the water there looks oddly blue... almost as if its gatorade or something.
