First time exploring what I thought was an abandoned building in Lithuania

First of all hi everyone, this is my first post (if you exclude the introduction)

I found out about urbex because I was trying to learn russian, which is a bit weird, I know. But that's another story.

It all started because I was eager to have my first adventure, so I jumped straight into action when I realised this object was waiting just a 5 minute walk away from home.

Upon arrival I immediately noticed there were some workers outside going about their business, but I assumed they only used the garages nearby. So I took a loop so they don't see me and walked right into the building.

In the big garage I found this ladder-to-platform-to-pipe location to climb.

Here's view from the top. Won't lie, had to retake this pic for a few times because my hands were shaking the camera out of focus. The spikey bad boy below wasn't helping too.

After some time I calmed down and saw this window, trough which you can clearly see a corridor I had no idea existed. Had to find it.

Checked all the rooms on the my way there.

Rules still from the times of collective farms.

And a good illustration of how well the rules were followed (even if the bottle is pretty new)

Remember the people working outside? Yep, right after I took the bottle photo I started hearing footsteps behind the windows right to the door I entered trough. Can you guess whose heart was racing?

One thing I didn't tell you is that i took the lock that I suppose the door was being locked with and left it by the door so they don't lock me up. Also there was a possibility to shut the door from inside, which I gladly exploited.

Now I moved back to the dark corridor and hid in the darkest room. They stayed near the door a bit (there was 2 of them) and went back. I started moving again this time heading for the stairs but apparently they decided to stand right in front of the windows of the corridor. I hid behind the staircase and took this photo, saying "Stop. You'll die" (you can even see that my hands were shakey again)

Finally they went to work again. I went upstairs where I found a bunch of rooms, and in one of them I found a living room which I suppose one of them was living. I had no idea and never heard about anyone living here. Felt like a spy.

Old german newspaper.

This thing. (Does anyone know what it may be?)

Later I found the very window I was looking at.

Then I went outside and stumbled upon this aswell.

And that's it. Tell me if I write too much because I tend to do so when excited.

Hope to meet you guys at least here in the forums!

Pretty cool place! Where in Lithuania are you? I've got a few places that are too good to not be explored, and since I'll probably never go, I'll show you them. Watch all of Shiey's videos on youtube and study what he does and where he goes.

Welcome to the site and have fun exploring

Where in Lithuania are you?

Everywhere (Almoast) That is because I live in the very west part of the country but study in the very east.

Watch all of Shiey's videos on youtube and study what he does and where he goes.

I've seen a few already and from what I can tell the guy is extreme. A bit too extreme for me now, but I'm going to keep an eye on him because he knows stuff. And is entertaining.

Thanks

It's fine to feel that way. I don't know the full context but your third picture looked incredibly dangerous to me (although I enjoy staging photos to look more dangerous than they actually are).

A pretty simple location but your description is quite vivid and more exciting than most of us bother with these days. I'll look forward to more of your posts in the future.

I liked your whole adventurous narration. Why did you choose this particular shed/storage building though? If there were workers around, maybe it was more active than not?
