Sadly the factory itself was demolished several years ago as part of a redevelopment initiative; what is left is likely only intact due to its status as a hazardous materials site. The site appears to have mostly shutdown sometime around 2004 but appears to have seen some use as late as 2012 as a telecom and storage site.
