As a native to Pasadena, I don't know that I have the words to express how pleased I am that this is going down. The only and I mean THE ONLY part worth exploring was the rooftop view. (It's the tallest building in Pasadena) Finally they're demolishing this absolute hazard to humanity. Last call for this beast. I'm always rooting for a good implosion... https://www.chron....ition-14004166.php

I don't know the building or it's history. Or the problems with it now. But it is unusual for explorers to look forward to an abandoned buildings demise. What's the reason that it is a hazard to humanity, or the reason you are happy to see it go? Just curious.
