Hello UER, I don't know if this is true or not but i heard from a bunch of people/family/friends that there is a "secret underground city" of sorts under Van/New Westminster i looked around online and i cant find any info on it so i'm posting about it here to see if anyone has info on it if it exits or not.

i also heard rumors of secret tunnels under van but i wont go into details on them right now...

Have you herd the rumors of the secret underground city?

It's funny, I also heard things about an underground city where I lived and also one where I now live but never saw anything about it... Perhaps they were talking about underground stores, parking lots and steampipes, or something as simple as subway systems...

I know Montreal has an interesting subway system I'd like to explore but Toronto?? Only thing I can think of is that sweet, sweet asbestos cave north of a station and that one boring duplicate abandoned station used for movies...

Either-way, let us know!!

It's not.

Hey Stk, there are tunnels in Vancouver, kind of like downtown Victoria, most of them are in basements of old buildings and you need to know an owner (or get to know an owner) in order to access them. The Canada Line for example was an existing tunnel from the 1930's and then was expanded and upgraded to the Canada Line we know today. The original entrance is still accessible from what I understand. A few other buildings had tunnels like the Bank of Canada on West Hastings and a few others so not readily accessible, but do EXIST. I doubt there is an underground city on any large scale, but definitely plenty of tunnels. Lots of reading, maybe read up on the history of Vancouver by getting into the library. That's what a few boys and girls have done in Victoria! Lots of stuff has been built on top of other stuff throughout the years. I would like to know what's down there as well!
