I love open air stuff like this. your pictures have a real moody feel to them as well. B/W was a good choice.

I did not. It is blocked off by a fence and it looked like some state workers were there. I was considering just going for it . . .

That battery has been dead for a while looks like.
Probably corroded full of holes.
No heavy semi tracks in the dirt; dead.
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in.
