A word of advice- we don't use real names here. This is a public forum, and not everyone who can see it cares about protecting locations.
"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there. |

Has anyone else noticed you can't see G10 Photography post history; the link from his profile to it is dead. Never saw that before...

How odd. Time to put on the tinfoil hat for shenanigans and entertainment value! It doesn't even turn up a "doesn't exist" error, it simply says "please find something to search for". Something like that could likely only be done with administrator approval. Why would Av hide the activities of a new user? If he was forced to. In a recent thread it was discussed and acknowledged that government agencies keep an eye on the activities of urban explorers- however, it was speculated that they have yet to gain access to UER. UER is the most prominent online hub for the urbex community, and if you wanted to join the community this is where you'd probably start. G10 Photography is a plant by the FBI or DHS in order to infiltrate the urbex community and is claiming to be 16 to seem more trustworthy (who would believe a "teenager" has ties to the FBI?). His profile activity is hidden because the Canadian government, working alongside the US government, is forcing Av to hide their activity from the userbase under a legal gag order. Or maybe it's just a bug. Who knows?

G10, if you are actually a legitimate explorer, post some pictures or something. And make sure NOT to include where they're from. And in case you were wondering, this place is gone.

Well, it's on the public database, visible to all who come on the forum. I didn't think using the name would provoke anything. Sorry about that though.

Sad, I was really hoping to get there. I have posted a few flickr links. I am a legitimate explorer. I haven't been to a lot of locations cause I was limited till I got my license.

I have no clue why that's happening. Is there anyone I can contact about it?

Contact a mod. It's a rare system glitch. Public threads here are easily searchable by web crawlers. Look at all the web crawlers: https://www.uer.ca/online/ Diming out locations will get you flamed to a cinder here. We like pics not name dropping. Read as many pinups/threads here as possible and learn from others mistakes before you post if you aren't sure. Many members know the location just from the images. Most times pics and maybe a none location disclosing site history is all that you need to share. With well trampled sites like Pennhurst this does not apply; try to avoid helping to creat them! A certain amount of wherewithal, commonsense and site conservation is expected of you here.

Maybe G10 is Steve Andre aka "Steelmill Steve", the McLouth gun-toting maniac from this thread: http://www.uer.ca/...d=70585&currpage=1

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time. Z.B.S. Halevi -- Kabbalah |

Thank you for this Love me some historic troll threads!

I'm sure it is just a co-inky-dink, but a timely co-inky-dink none the less. I can't get McLouth Steel to show up on Google Earth. The satellite image is just a black screen.
