Hello everyone, I know it's been a long, long time since I contributed anything, but I couldn't help myself. I was out for a little trail run when I came across this golf course. It's obviously lived in and as much as I wanted to, I could not make it to the basement with what I had...stay tuned.

Images are just WAY too big...

Also, enjoy the gigantic pictures...I'm not computer savvy enough to resize them. At least they're staying clean

Trying for a constructive comment here... I'm guessing you are embedding with the img command. Try using [img=100x50]exampleimageurl.jpg[/img] | to resize.

Well, ya, there's quite a few of those here, but how is it that you've been a member on this site for over 12 years and don't know to post sensibly-sized photos?

The images are big enough that they aren't really loading for me. What I like to do for huge pics is upload them to imgur.com then, you have a couple options for how to resize: one is to use UER's built-in resizer as described earlier in this thread, the other is to use imgur's built-in resizer (especially if you're posting them on other web sites - most forums don't allow you to resize the way UER does). imgur has several sizes available: h for huge, l for large, m, s, maybe more. Huge isn't that huge, and is perfectly reasonable for most people. In order to use theirs, you simply insert that character before the .jpg, so for example https://i.imgur.com/gAVM6l4.jpg is full size while https://i.imgur.com/gAVM6l4h.jpg is what I'd use to resize (obviously with img tags if I wanted them to show up as an image rather than a link) I don't trust photobucket either - they've done some really shady stuff in the past, holding pictures hostage for very large amounts of money. I suspect that UER's resizer doesn't change file size either, while I know imgur's does.

Probably because I was too busy not being a douche to refine my tech skills.

I think we can safely confirm that this is a lie.

here are all of the photos at what I consider one of the larger reasonable sizes (1600). If you quote me you can see the code. You only have to enter one of the two dimensions for it to work. I would have left the quote tags intact but UER doesn't show pictures when you do that. the first two images of the second post I couldn't get to work right, but the 4 that displayed huge for me before seem to work. I'll again recommend imgur.com, as photobucket has done some really dirty stuff to it's users in the past.
