We couldn't find any information on this place online. But here is a possible background on this place from a commenter:
"These buildings used to be for the (edited out name) which is a government funded medical research lab, founded by the county. There's very little information on this building ever existing, or the new location they have now, other than the fact that they have focused their research on HIV. The other building was (or still is according to their website) a medical school and lecture hall for learning about Nephrology. Also this building closed in 2012 and the things you found in the fridge were years older than that. Scary stuff"

Isn't this just a fucking hospital? Why are you trying to make it seem like something it isn't through clickbait.
EDIT: To clarify, you left a fucking piece of paper in your video unblurred and you can read the name and address of the place. It's no government laboratory. It's a hospital that was built in 2002 because of the closure of the hospital across the street that is currently being demolished.

If you care for criticism, I say lose the whole "bwaam" sound effect which can be heard at the start of the video and when you inspect the lab tube. It makes the video seem silly and I don't think you were going for that effect. Also, it was pretty loud.
I also didn't quite get the second "intro" where you woke up from a table, but that's just my personal opinion. I would've preferred a quick bit filmed outside explaining what is it that you're exploring.
People might disagree here but I think the personable style you have is fine. That said, I'd have preferred less editing and more focus on exploring.
