This area is still active and we didn't feel like taking the chance of getting inside some of the abandoned areas yet. Not much to explain here, eerie area with lots of abandoned buildings. In the picture of building one, if you look in the top left window there is something I have yet to be able to explain. In the end was a cool adventure and eventually will go back to look deeper. 1.

How did you get inside? I didn't find any easy entrance. Everything was boarded up.

Ah yes, the oliver mental hospital, a piece of dark history here. With such an old lock, seems like maybe you could slide thin door shim in between the door edge gaps and bypass the latch.
