Hey everyone, I'm new to the community and just wanted to introduce myself. This site came recommended from a buddy in Cali who is a veteran Urbexer. I'm somewhat new, been doing it on and off a couple years, but recently got more into it. I'm based in Wisconsin. Sadly I don't get out as much as I want (it's hard with two kids), but hoping that'll change soon. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I want to add that I do more than strictly Urbex photography. I also enjoy shooting historical sites, old bridges, landscapes, nature, and architecture.

Welcome to UER. If you're into bridges, you might check out bridgehunter.com too! You can sort by state, and county. It includes now abandoned bridges as well as history of each and every bridge. That's how I found the Woodford Dr bridge up by you that you commented on. Cool stuff!

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature.

Yep, he's a member here. Not sure what his username is, didn't ask. I know him through a BBQ group on Facebook and we just happened to get talking about Urbex one day and hit it off.

It's a great place. About 90 minutes N/NE of where I am.
