Just as an FYI, the location you went to before 19-21 seems to be receiving some attention from its owners and has newly locked up gates and doors. 19-21 itself seems to be receiving some attention from local vandals and now has some dumb stupid tagging. Was just at 22+ recently, and it's just the same as ever.
