I had the opportunity once again on Monday evening to have a night above the clouds on a crane in downtown Toronto. We scanned the CN tower live cam for hours, until eventually at 1am we decided it was worth heading down. We tried infiltrating a first site, got chased out but managed to send a second one flawlessly. With me was a good friend that hadn't been rooftopping yet, and the other was a dude from Boston who was stopping in for the week. Sitting on the counter weight at least 700 feet in the air with unexpected friends, watching as the clouds cloak the city in a floating blanket of beauty is an experience that is truly unbeatable. As the night progressed, the clouds got lower until it was simply a sea that covered pockets of the city. I'll post some photos here, but also link the whole set on flickr, because they look horrible compressed (: As for my inactivity, I've been away all summer traveling through Europe and then working, shortly before heading off to Brock U in St Catharines. I've barely touched half my photos from my trip, once I've made it through them, I'll post a link here to an album. Also if anyone is exploring in the Niagara region, I'm always game! Shoot me a message and I'd love to link up! https://www.flickr.../72157702111095004 1.

Great stuff man, that is one thing I never got to experience when I was big into climbing/rooftopping. I always missed out on the good foggy nights. Been loving your travel stuff on IG!

That is indeed a valid question! I guess we would have to ask a 'topper that. If I have a choice, I would call us groundies.....
