Asking the right questions

Good example of where asking the right questions can get you. Been going to camp up in the Fraser Valley for a few years. There was a semi-boarded up building with locked doors and no obvious POE without committing a BNE. Went back a few years later and door was still locked. My curiosity got the best of me and I went to talk with the manager. He let me in and showed me some of the goodies they had (tried to buy the vintage Dayton scale and air hockey table off him, but he wouldn't go for it ).

Haven't been back in a few years, but heard they gave the building a fresh coat of paint and re-opened it for kids to play in.

Welcome to the forum!

Cool explore! Who said UE had to be unlawful or without permission?

What was the scale for? Children? Haha

Hey Sparro, thanks

Tbh was always to scared to approach owners until I stumbled upon Ninj's book in the library. Some great advice in there. I'm usually more of the beg forgiveness later type for inactive places.

Maybe for the parents to see how many smores their kids had. Haha.
Not sure. Lot's of cool old stuff, rusty logging equipment and active cabins there.

Hiya Sky, thank you. Trying my best to get out before the rain comes.

Maybe he wanted to fix it up and sell it. He seemed like a crafty guy. Some fam went up this year and said he rebuilt two large chicken coops by hand.

Welcome to the forums! I just joined and posted pictures of my first tunnel explore, abandoned buildings don't interest me as much, but that's awesome you were able to get in there and explore!

Cheers,
CMF

Hey CMF, thanks. Checked out your page. Cool explore. Don't know if I'd be brave enough for tunnelling.

Thanks Joker. Yup. Hello Unofficially? Since I was little I've always had an interest in abandonments. Seriously? Maybe 2-3ish years. You?
