A quick post to share some photos. Most of these are not very recent but some are. Mostly various state hospitals. There's a lot I'd like to share in time but am waiting for a good time to do so. The exploring environment in my area (NJ, NY, PA) is taking such a turn that is almost a turn off for publicly posting. Certain groups of people on Instagram "trade locations" like they are a hot commodity. Then you will see 7 people post the same place at once and it'll be sealed within 24hrs. I don't view this as a competition. I'm still all about hanging out with good people, spending all day, and having a great time. Oh well....enjoy some pictures! 1. State Hospital

I feel your pain. But it's sooooo important to be cool on Instagram ;) lol Those are some nice shots, btw.

The decay of 1, the iron work staircase in 4 and especially #5...That old room is too cool.

The #1 rule of urbex is to get as many likes and followers on instagram as possible isn't it.

Spot on, excellent shooting I really like these.
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |

Nice work, glad to see a fellow North Jerseyan on here. I recognize some of these and a few are mysterious to me.

Great stuff, it's always sweet to see familiar places in a post! I love the staircase in #4. I'm surprised the room in #1 has held up as well as it has. I first saw it in April of last year and there was no graffiti at all. A month later that blue tag was there.

Loving #1 and 14, but all are excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Nice shots, and yeah, Instagram's the worst thing to happen to this hobby in a long time. UER has always had a sense of self-discretion, for better or worse. Instagram not so much.
