From what I gather, this was part of a leather glove/accessory company for most of its life, but the bizarre assortment of things left inside makes me think it was used more recently for storage. Anyway:

Great shots! Especially #6, it looks sketchy to stand near. Looks like those weight lifting machines could go through the floor at any point.
