That sucks. It's almost like cities don't want us exploring stuff.

To my knowledge no one has died in Phalen. I was a little surprised when they dropped this kind of money to block
off one entrance.

From what I've seen the Instagumer kids have blown it up a lot.

Well I did some research and found this post by Freak:
http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post9

Looks like they just blocked it off as part of the construction.

Yep, this was long planned and was part of the construction plans.

Not directly related to explorers but make no doubt about it, posts on this very forum are likely why it was added as part of the plans.

Could be. The Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District did an audit of the Beltline system in Phalen Creek about 3 or 4 years ago I think. They were looking for weak structure and where all the graffiti was. When you walk down that stretch of Phalen and see all the amazing art by TCB or anyone else, it's no secret that people spend a lot of time down there. That probably had a lot to do with it too.

Construction on the Beltline system is going to begin in September.

They didn't do any survey for graffiti, they don't care about that. There is construction on the interceptor, that's not a drain... Feel free to shoot me a private message for more info
