Also just drive around any of the larger cities in CT- Hartford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, New Haven, New London... etc they're all dumpy wastelands with large tracts of abandoned industrial sites and such scattered throughout.

Between former mill villages, factory towns and industrial cities there are many abandoned, vacant or underutilized industrial complexes in Connecticut. The numbers are dwindling quickly die to demolition, fire and redevelopment however. It really is a rave against time as sites that have decayed for decades are being transformed with alarming frequency.

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature. Lifetime member of The Anti-MyInstaTubeTweetFace consortium. |
