Bellemont Mill is a dangerous location for prospective explorers, most of the building is crumbled, roofs fells through, not the best spot. Wear a mask, WATCH YOUR STEP!!!1.

Hey, nice pics, and thanks for the warnings. I'm in Greensboro, and recently heard about the Bellemont Mill, was planning on exploring it in a week or two. It looks pretty questionable on satellite images, and if I'm not mistaken, it was a victim of fire at least once. It's good to know what to expect from someone who's been there recently...I did an explore of an old mill in Franklinsville last week, and though it was a nice trip, there's not much left, and what's still there is treacherous at best. Well, thanks for sharing and thanks again for the warnings!

Been here twice now. Great place to practice photography. Suggest coming an hour to an hour 30 before sunset for best lighting. Watch your footing though.
