Quality Meat Packers

Went to my first ever location in Toronto while attending the meetup the other weekend. Spent most of our time at the Quality Meat Packer's facility and the destructor next door.

I had my camera on the wrong mode (also wasn't too focused on taking photos) so some are overexposed but I did what I could with the ones that came out decent. Not as crisp/sharp as I had hoped, but I ended up with some lessons so better luck next time.

xNat found a notice board in the lunchroom which has a notice about their restructuring and the fact that they are "not" bankrupt. Was a really neat piece of history as evidently, they weren't around much longer.

And, a bonus Fleeting:

Nice shots you got there! The destructor is hard to photograph once inside... I have no ideal where you found 4th and 11th at.

All in all great set, looking forward our next meetup!

You guys want to talk about us giving information out about places,

Here is one of your own handling out the names and even taking photos of the names of places. This site is full of so much bullshit drama, cant we all just get along shoot some bandos and enjoy whatever people have to bring.

So what if we have a channel on YouTube and we are making videos to show the world, still dont mean we dont love urbex. I have been into abandoned places long before I even decided to film anything, 2002 if you want a date. If you dont like our content then dont watch it and same goes for anyone else's material. We dont hate nor criticize anyone on here or any platform for the work they do, stay safe everyone and keep on exploring.

Always good to see the Toronto meets still kicking. Even if the thread is months old.

Holy dead thread revival; did you at least buy the thread a meal before you fucked its corpse?

It is not against the site rules to name specific buildings, it is only against the rules to share specific entry details. Of course sharing location details/names about sensitive locations will likely get you some choice words from locals, but it is up to the user to use their own common sense. Additionally, it should be obvious that the audience of a site like instagram, youtube, or facebook is much larger than UER and will draw much more attention to a location.

Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.
