I remember a post from years ago by some Iowa State University students who, curious about steam tunnels they had heard about below UNI. They accessed them via a manhole and mapped out most of the tunnels, perhaps with GPS, and played it over a campus map. I lost my only copy of this map and would like to see if somebody with valid access to the database can help me. I request the aforementioned map and if possible the story to go with it. Than you

I'm gonna be honest, even on the off chance that the members who have the map are still here, your chances aren't great. Despite having an account that's 5 years old, you're a basic member with one forum post to your name. That doesn't inspire a whole lot of trust. Hopefully the people you explored with are still here and recognize you, but otherwise I doubt you'll get it.
"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there. |

I'm not a full member so I can't help, but I've done research on steam tunnels and I think I saw it online some place. It might be the wrong University, but they sounds really familiar.

Iowa is, for the most part, not a location-rich state. The Waterloo and Cedar Falls area has a few good locations. After 5 years here and not a single picture or post from your home area. Time to get out there and get some results.
In order to use your head, you have to go out of your mind. |
