A few weeks ago, my friends and I got into an abandoned elementary school. This place was kind cool but felt underwhelming. All the classrooms looked the same, except for the different colored walls, there was no sign of any school supplies or materials. The coolest thing were the murals, the auditorium and the 3rd floor gym! I wish I got more photos of the gym, it was nice! Instead I made a video of it. Surprisingly unmolested and clean, he gym floor hasn't even buckled. I love thos old auditoriums with balconies.

Even if it was underwhelming, it looks like you had some great shots. Getting into places that still haven't been trashed by looters and graffiti "artists" is hard to find. Everything looks great.

I was shocked to see no graffiti at all. I guess people didn't assume it was abandoned because it's pretty well kept on the outside, no boarded up windows or anything of that sort.

Nice find. Not many of these places are that clean. I always thought schools looked strange with everything cleared out.

I was shocked to see its condition! But the paint really started peeling and every room was all crunchy. Sooner or later, nature will consume it, there's a few open windows on the upper floors.

Nice shots. There isn’t anything unwhelming about this school. I have been in CPS schools that are totally trashed and cleaned by scrappers. The classrooms are the same, but the stairs on the N aside with all the flakes paint on them are great. This is a beauty and the condition is amazing.
