They are actually pretty nicely exposed (thats rare here).
The first one: I would have lowered the camera a little to get the bottom of the chair.
The second one: The slight angle of the photo bothers me. I would either shoot it straight on or angle it even more.
The third one: There is a lot of dead space around the subject. I would more closer or zoom in.

Overall I like the subject matter and exposure.

I assume the grainy look is mostly compression to fit the UER gallery requirements?

#1 is definitely the best of the set. I agree with Adv.Pack about getting in the chair and fan bases. Normally the not-vertical doors framing the image would bother me, but the rest of the image seems pretty decent in that respect so it has a more veritas feel somehow. Did you warm up the colour balance, or was it this yellow?

#2 yeah the stuff on the left hand side doesn't add anything to it and could have been left out of the frame. As a rule of thumb, if you're not going square to the subject, make sure the angle is significant... makes it intentional ("dutch angle". Being a little bit off makes it look like an accident or sloppy. Its also possible that this shot could have benefitted from a portrait orientation, with less of the ground (which doesn't contribute to the photo).

3) I think I would have liked a less centred photo for this one. Shift the camera position to the left, but turn the camera to the right... basically shift this building to the left in the frame, and capture more of that interesting building in the background in the shot. Likely include the trunk of that tree, too. The editing has some classic signs of HDR processing... the shadows aren't very dark. Maybe try lowering the exposure a little.
