Dealing with vandals/taggers. Need suggestions.

There is a former acquaintance of mine that I rarely communicate with. I still have him on social media. Well apparently him and his friend enjoy going to abandonments to vandalize and tag everything there. It's more so his friend doing it, but he makes no attempt to stop him, and films it laughing the entire time. He just put up a new one on snapchat right now of them in a place in the process of being demolished, breaking stuff and throwing paint all over the walls. I had some short words with him but I'm sure he will justify it by saying "It's gonna be torn down in a few weeks." How would you guys handle this situation or people who make a routine of doing this? It makes me pretty angry whenever I see this. I do but don't want to call the police on them, or go over there myself as it is close by and talk to them. Either seem like bad options as I want to explore the place again but there could be added security if I do that, and they could be gone by the time I get there. What would you guys do? Keep in mind I have no loyalty to either of them and am not worried about losing them as a friend/acquaintance.

If this is a frequent occurrence, vandalizing many buildings. I would anonymously tip off the police. As much as I would hate to be snitched on for urban exploring, vandalism is not in the spirit of Urbex. it ruins the experience for others who want to see these structures. Pre-demolition would be the worst in my opinion. Some urban explorers go to a place before it's demolished for the last minute or final look, and when they vandalize the place the experience is much worse than it could be.

I'm here for a good time not a long time.
